I want to create a site where the user will pay for a category and he will be allowed to access the videos, only if he has paid for that category else he won't access the video

Yes, this is possible by setting the access of the videos to a particular Joomla ACCESS LEVEL. Kindly refer "Access" option in yendifplayer.com/joomla-video-share-adding-videos.html

But, Yendif Video Share doesn't take care of payments. The player will just display a "No Permission" message to the user if he don't have permission to watch the video. But, this message can be customized in the Joomla translation files(en-GB.com_yendifvideoshare.ini)
