Is it possible to have poster images for each video, but no thumbnails on yendif playlist?

Sure, kindly add the following CSS code under Components => Yendif Video Share => Global Configuration => Custom CSS to hide thumbnails in the playlist.

.yendifplayer .yf-playlist .yf-pimage { display: none; }
.yendifplayer .yf-playlist .yf-pcontent { margin-left: 0 !important; }
