We have added the necessary SCHEMA MARKUP for our videos. But, these tags work only when a video has both the description and the poster image. Are you sure that you uploaded a poster image for your videos?

Kindly go to the "Components => Yendif Video Share => Videos" menu, edit open your videos, and make sure that you have uploaded images for your videos. If yes, but still the issue remains, kindly share with us your site admin access details to further look into this.

You mean I choose a separate image for each video

The default image is used only on the gallery layout in the thumbnails.

So, each video must have a unique image. Alternatively, you can copy and paste the same default image URL in the "Image" field of the video forms.
