Yendif Player

I've the same problem: but i've installed yendif 1.1
how can i update to 1.2.5?

To Upgrade, just download the latest version from our website and install it again without uninstalling your existing "Yendif Video Share" version.

Pro users can download the PRO version directly from their account.

i tried that way (i'm on joomla 2.5) but the frontend gave me many 500 JHTML errors and the backend wrote a blank page with only something like "you are using yendif free version, go to Pro".

The problem is that on IE, Chrome (anonymous navigation) and smartphones everything is ok: videos are in HTML5 mode. But on Firefox and Chrome (NON-anonymous navigation) same videos are under Flash engine!! How is it possible?

You must be using YouTube Videos. YouTube recently stopped supporting their FLASH API completely. But, our OLD versions doesn't support HTML5 engine for YouTube. And, this is solved in our latest version. So, our latest version should solve your problem. But, Yendif Video Share no longer supports Joomla 2.5. Please upgrade to the latest Joomla versions to get this solved.

I have the version 1.2.5, engine set on html 5 no JQuery ( tried without, local and remote ) and i have only the sound and no images. I have tried with safari, chrome and firefox, it's always the same problem. i do not know what do do anymore.
Can you help me?

Probably a conflict with MediaElement.js library comes with the Widgetkit installed in your website.

1. Go to Components » Widgetkit
2. Find the option to disable "MediaElement" Player and just disable it.
3. Save the changes and try now.
