Probably a permission issue.
Kindly check if the {SITE_ROOT}/media/yendifvideoshare/ folder and all the folders inside this folder has the right permission (CHMOD=755)
Also, our extension adds several folders dynamically inside the /yendifvideoshare/ folder to store the videos, images based on their own database table ID. Kindly make sure your server allows this operation.
