Category display was created by btschmidt

I have setup category display to show 1 row and 4 columns



As you can see i have a send row displaying. How to fix?

You must have overridden the global configuration settings under menu params. Open the menu item in your screenshot from the back-end and make sure that you have not configured the ROWS and COLUMNS there.
