I am sorry, still problem with only one category. This is only one category on my web which has subcategory. This has still that ugly big thumbnails. Where I can find that file defining this layout?

You must have emptied the columns count in the menu params of this category menu item. Kindly check and give it a value.

Gorgeous! Now I have 3 columns and small thumbnails. But the font is still biggest than in normal category.

Kindly try changing the "Bootstrap" option to "2.x" under "Components => Yendif Video Share => Global Configuration => FrontEnd Layout Settings".
