Yendif Player

I have the albums module on my home page. When I click a link it goes to the link below, and all of the homepage module are still there.
/index.php/component/yendifmusicshare/album/1-cloud-9-raps?Itemid=435

How can i get it to go to the same album link that it does when I am on the albums page. example is below
index.php/albums-mixtapes/album/1-cloud-9-raps

Step 1: Copy the Menu ID of the Menu Item(albums-mixtapes).

Step 2: Open the Albums module back-end and add the Menu ID to ItemId field of the module.

Save the changes and try again. Hope, this solved your issue.
