Yendif Player

Hi , I already got all my mp3 files upload to certain folder in my webroot , when i tried to using absolute url to manual enter into add songs but at the front end the player said that unable to play this media

I don't want to do the upload button for numbers of reasons , my hosting won't allow to upload anything over 10mb ... the only thing i can do it pre- upload it using ftp.

So how do i do this?
