There is not any setting to do this. But, if you're comfortable editing our source files, you can change this by editing the following files,

{SITE_ROOT}/administrator/components/com_yendifvideoshare/yendifvideoshare.php
{SITE_ROOT}/components/com_yendifvideoshare/yendifvideoshare.php

You simply need to change the YENDIF_VIDEO_SHARE_UPLOAD_DIR constant value as you need.
