Our next version(1.1.0) is coming out by the first week of August with following features.

- RSS Feed integration

- Komento commenting plugin

- Show comments count for JComments & Komento comments in thumbnail gallery view

- [+] some bug fixes

The option you've requested is already in our TODO list and will add it soon.

Sorry, the adsense feature is also in our TODO list but it's not coming in next version itself.
