Hello,

I managed to upload my "IT support video" but after a while of it attempting to convert the file, it failed to convert. Can someone help please?

Any help will be appreciated.

Our extension doesn't do any video conversion at the moment. So, I'm confused with your question. Kindly give me some more details.
