So I am using the free version of the plugin, thinking about buying the license, please can you tell me how to fix this.
I have 1 gallery and here are the settings
Thumbnail width 200 px
Thumbnail height 200 px
Rows 6
Columns 15

can someone please tell me why the gallery has 2 rows with 6 thumbs
then a row with 3
then 2 rows with 6
then another row with only 2
then a row with 3
this continues throughout the whole gallery, the gallery is just so messy looking
the plugin is not putting the thumbs in rows as specified

This is not a Bug and the configuration issue.

If you have configured to display 15 columns with each thumbnail size to 200px, then 3000px space will be required in order to display the thumbnails in one row. When there is not enough space(3000px), the plugin will start displaying thumbnails in next-next rows.

Solution:

Kindly try reducing the columns count or the thumbnail width.
