Yendif Player

Dear friend,

I download Yendif Player to my web site (Bluehost) where I am using a WordPress 4.3.1
Trying to play video file with MP4 extension. The player shows up and starts loading
(three white dots running through) but never finished.

Probably I have setup problem. Could you help me to identify the problem?
