Media (MP4) not being supported? was created by pesi
I just uploaded an mp4 video and set up a test html page according to the quickstart instructions. However when I try to play the video I get an error "unable to play media. media format not supported" This is just a typical mp4 file that I have used in other places and seems to work OK. You can check the page at:

Your VIDEO URL is invalid.
Following is the URL you've configure to play. You will get 404 error when loading it directly in your browser. Kindly try adding the correct file path.
