I had double checked and confirm the component works well with the latest Joomla! 3.9.24 version and there are no issues. So, I believe there is a conflict in your website. May be it's not the template. But, one of the third-party plugins you have installed should be causing this. Please try disabling your third-party extensions one by one to find which causes the issue. Particularly the third-party system plugins.

Thanks! I have found the plugin responsible for the problems. I need to work it out with the author of that extension IOT fix the problem. Thanks for your help!
