Kindly use the "Order By" option in the playlist module back-end to display the videos in the order you need. The "Custom Ordering" from the options use the order that you have manually set under the "Components => Yendif Video Share => Videos" menu from your Joomla backend.

Also, I doubt that you expect an option that allows the users to sort the videos in the playlist themselves. If yes, sorry this is not possible using our current version.
