Yendif Player

Hi,

I have several short MP4 video's published ( hetnatuurhuis.nl/over-ons/onze-huisdieren/huisdier-video ) wich don't play correctly the first time (only sound) but show as they should when you play them a second time right after the first. I checked the codec (H.264) and used the AIR-tool as you described in the troubleshooting guide, but with no result. This behaviour appears only in HTML5 mode, not in FLASH-mode. In flash-mode there are no problems. Can you advice?

There seems to be a conflict with your site's analytics code and the Yendif Player analytics script. Kindly remove your analytics code from Components => Yendif Video Share => Global Configuration. This must solve your audio only problem.

Then, kindly mail me your Joomla! admin and Server FTP access details to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. So, I can check and fix the analytics issue.
