We recently faced the same issue in one of our users website. You must have added your "Google Analytics" code in our component's configuration and this breaks our player script due to the conflict with other Analytics script from your template or a third party extension. Kindly try removing your Analytics code from our component's configuration. Hope, this solved your issue!

Note: Our next version will have fix for this conflict.

I had the same and i changed the Engine to HTML5 and now all i get is sound no video from the youtube link.

I did indeed have the Google Analytic code in place. deleted and works as ti should.
