Yendif Player

We are having a challenge with the video advertisements not running.

Below are the steps we have taken thus far.
1. enabled VA under global conf menu - Player settings are
a) Custom
b) Preroll Only
c) Yes - Show Advert Timeframe
d) Yes - Allow User to Skip Adverts
e) 4 seconds - Show skip Adverts after

2. Add new Advert
a) Label TITLE
b) Type - Preroll
c) uploaded 8 sec mp4 file
d) set target to a www.xxxxxxxxxxx
e) Impressions - 20
f) clicks - left blank
g) publish - Yes

3. Edit existing video
a) Select Advertisement
b) Preroll - selected "uploaded 8 sec mp4 advertisement"
c) Postroll - selected "none"
Then click save.
We have made sure AD BLOCKER is turned off & deleted cache in browser.

When upload video plays to only plays itself on our site and no preroll advert appears or plays.

Sorry, our current version doesn't support Vimeo API. So, you should be adding Vimeo videos using our our Iframe Embed Code type. When you add Iframe Embed Code from Vimeo, you're just adding the whole Vimeo player with their own controls and none of our custom player controls and options including "Advertisements" will work on this method.

But, this is already in our TODO lists. Very soon, we will have support for Vimeo Player API with all our custom player options. Please be patient.

Hi - This answer is not addressing the question we posted. The vimeo link is a video showing the steps we have taken thus far.
We are not adding vimeo clips to our site. We are uploading our own ADS and following the steps in your documentation, but the ADS are not playing in the Yendif Player. Please read the question then watch the clip.

Our site is still under development with various ACL settings.
We are happy to arrange a Team Viewer session.

We have recreated menu to reflect Yendif setup. Access settings are public on Menu, Category and Video to allow viweing.

Go to www.myush.tv/index.php/en/ then click on Yendif then click blue Yendif Test, then play video.

Global Config Player Settings
Custom / Preroll Only / Yes -Show Advert Timeframe / Yes - Allow users to skip adverts / 3 secs - Show skip adverts after

Preroll - Demo Ad 1

Yendif Challenge - Preroll AD does not play.

Please assist.

I see a CORS issue. Go to the Plug-in Manager, open the plug-in "System - Language Filter" for edit, in the tab/slide Basic Options, for the option Remove URL Language Code choose the value No. Save the changes and try now.
